A: The units are primarily shipped via Goaldar Transportation. They are a professional, insured shipping company who specialize in the moving, installation and set-up of pre-owned MedX equipment.

Q: Are the units installed?

A: The units are set up in proper working order inside your facility, and positioned exactly where you want them.

Q: What if I have technical problems with my medical rehabilitation equipment after the installation?

A: Call us. We GUARANTEE your pre-owned MedX machine to work. If necessary, a trained technician will come to your facility to fix any problem. Our expert staff can usually solve any issues quickly over the phone.

Q: What does "repainted" mean?

A: An item is Repainted when it is purchased by Regeneration Equipment for resale. Our quality control department, thoroughly inspects and tests all the equipment to make sure that it is working properly. We replace any malfunctioning parts with new, direct-from-the-factory parts. We professionally powder coat and completely re-upholster the machines to a like new condition. If necessary, we replace the machine's shields with brand new ABS shielding.

Q: Will I be taxed on my purchase?

A: You will NOT be taxed unless your purchase is in the state of FL.
